Delivery and Returns

UK DELIVERY OPTIONS AND CHARGES

Standard Delivery:

UK Standard Delivery is FREE on all orders over £35. We charge £4.50 for UK Standard Delivery on orders under £35. Providing your items are in stock, we will aim to deliver within 2 to 3 working days. Depending on the size and contents of your delivery, we will either ship it via the Royal Mail or a designated courier service. We will always try and use the most appropriate service for each customer's individual requirements and instructions.

Please note that on the odd occasion, a purchased item may be unavailable due to a stock anomaly. This would be a very rare event but we are updating our stock and lines all the time to avoid such a situation happening. If however it does, we will contact you immediately and offer you a refund or an appropriate replacement product should you be interested.

All delivery dates are estimates and we cannot guarantee specific deadlines. Please note, we cannot be held responsible for any third party involvement where delays occur to deliveries.

Saturdays, Sundays and all Bank Holidays are classed as non-working days.

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected time, please contact us via email at enquiries@thelifestyleboutique.co.uk and we will respond to your enquiry within 24 hours.

UK Next Day Delivery:

UK Next Day Delivery costs £7.95. Orders must be placed by 1pm for delivery on the next working day. Unfortunately we are unable to offer this service to customers in Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Inverness, Aberdeen and the Scilly isles.

What if I’m out?

If there is no one in to receive your delivery, the delivery driver will leave a card which will tell you how to rearrange delivery or to pick up your order.

Delivery Address:

During the checkout process you will be asked to select a delivery address for your order. When you place an online order, all items in the order must be delivered to the same address. We realise that your order may include gifts that require delivery to several different locations so we therefore offer two solutions in this instance: you can either break your items into separate online orders, or you can contact our lifeSTYLE customer service team at enquiries@thelifestyleboutique.co.uk to discuss your requirements.

OVERSEAS DELIVERY AND SPECIAL REQUESTS

Yes, we are happy to ship goods internationally. Please refer to our international delivery charges listed below. Please select either Europe or Rest of World as the correct delivery option when checking out. PLEASE NOTE: WE WILL NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY TO PO BOX ADDRESSES AS WE CANNOT OBTAIN A SIGNATURE AT THE PO BOX ADDRESS TO ENABLE US TO TRACK YOUR PACKAGE.

ONLINE RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We hope you are delighted with your order placed online at www.thelifestyleboutique.co.uk. If you are not completely satisfied with a product, please return it to us within 14 days from the date of purchase for an exchange or refund of the product value. If you would like to exchange a product or arrange for a gift voucher instead of a refund, please contact our customer service team at enquiries@thelifestyleboutique.co.uk.

When sending a return, please use the enclosed returns form together with the returns address label provided and send the parcel via a signed for service. We would recommend obtaining proof of postage as shipping and delivery costs are non refundable. Any additional shipping costs relating to a return or exchange are your sole responsibility. We are not responsible for returns that do not reach us in perfect resale condition so please ensure all goods are securely packaged.

In the event of any product being faulty, we will cover all costs of postage and either refund or exchange the goods.

Items will be refunded or exchanged providing that you have not used the item; it is in the same condition as when you first bought it; and, you have taken reasonable care to ensure that any item is returned to us safely and not damaged in transit. Please include original packaging where possible.

If you would rather make a return in person rather than via post, items purchased online CAN ONLY BE RETURNED TO OUR lifeSTYLE Wantage store and not our down-to-earth stores. Please note however, any refund, exchange or gift voucher will be dealt with online via www.thelifestyleboutique.co.uk and will not be authorised in any of our stores including lifeSTYLE Wantage regardless of whether or not it is returned in person.

Processing Returns

We try to process returns as quickly as possible; however this can take up to 7 days from the date of receipt during busy periods. If you have any queries about an item you have returned please contact lifeSTYLE Customer Services at enquiries@thelifestyleboutique.co.uk.

GOODS PURCHASED IN STORE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Our sister high street businesses lifeSTYLE and down-to-earth have slightly varying policies to www.thelifestyleboutique.co.uk in as much as we do not offer refunds on any purchases made in either chain unless there is a fault with an item in accordance with your statutory rights. We are happy to exchange goods purchased within 28 days for a credit note or an exchange in-store. We offer refunds online to adhere to the distance selling regulations that apply to a business that sells products on the internet.

Purchases from down-to-earth can be returned to either our Henley or Wallingford stores and purchases from lifeSTYLE Wantage must be returned to that store alone. Items will be exchanged or credit notes issued providing that you have not used the item and it is in the same condition as when you first bought it. A valid receipt must be presented at the time of return.

Please note that any item purchased in a Sale or as a Special Offer in one of our stores is non-returnable for a credit note, exchange or refund of any kind. This again does not affect your statutory rights.
